Our Material:Recycled Polypropylene (PP)
RIACO mats are weaved from 100% recycled polypropylene — a durable plastic that might otherwise end up in landfills or oceans. Instead, we collect, clean, and transform this material into stylish, functional, and sustainable floor solutions. By giving plastic waste a second life, we not only reduce pollution but also support a circular economy.
Our Process: From Waste to Worth
Every RIACO mat begins as discarded plastic. Through advanced recycling technology and thoughtful design, we melt, extrude, and weave the polypropylene into high-quality mats that are reversible, weather-resistant, and made to last. Our process ensures minimal water usage, low emissions, and zero compromise on quality or aesthetics.To further minimize our environmental impact, we recycle wastewater through our in-house Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). This allows us to maintain clean production practices while preserving precious natural resources.
